Zaovra Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are provided by Guangzhou Guangzhan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (广州光栈智能科技有限责任公司).

By accessing or using the zaovra website, account portal, subscriptions, downloads, or related online services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the Zaovra desktop application is also governed by the End User License Agreement at https://zaovra.com/legal/eula.

2. Service Scope

zaovra provides access to a desktop-first AI coding workspace and related account services, including subscription management, release downloads, and device authorization. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, zaovra does not bundle third-party model usage into your subscription.

3. BYOK Responsibility

If you connect your own API keys or third-party model accounts, you remain responsible for those credentials, the associated usage costs, and compliance with the terms of those external providers.

4. License, Devices, and Restrictions

Subject to your active subscription, zaovra grants you a limited, non-transferable right to use the software for your internal personal or business development workflows. Device limits depend on your plan unless your account shows a custom override. Unless otherwise stated, Pro plans include up to 1 activated device and Business plans include up to 5 activated devices.

Organizations may distribute Zaovra installers internally to licensed users, but may not share installers, activation credentials, or download links outside the licensed organization. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer beyond applicable law, or misuse the service in a way that harms the platform or other users.

5. Billing, Access, and Refunds

Paid access may be offered on a recurring subscription basis through payment processors such as Stripe or Creem. If your subscription expires or is canceled, some features such as downloads, updates, or device activation may be limited or unavailable.

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by zaovra in writing. For special circumstances, contact support@zaovra.com.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy is available at https://zaovra.com/legal/privacy. Optional crash reporting and product analytics are opt-in only.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, zaovra disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. zaovra's total liability for website and account services will not exceed the amount you paid for zaovra during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to Guangzhou Arbitration Commission (广州仲裁委员会) for arbitration in Guangzhou, China, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
