By accessing or using zaovra, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Scope

zaovra provides access to a desktop-first AI coding workspace and related account services, including subscription management, release downloads, and device authorization. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, zaovra does not bundle third-party model usage into your subscription.

3. BYOK Responsibility

If you connect your own API keys or third-party model accounts, you remain responsible for those credentials, the associated usage costs, and compliance with the terms of those external providers.

4. License and Restrictions

Subject to your active subscription, zaovra grants you a limited, non-transferable right to use the software for your internal personal or business development workflows. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer beyond applicable law, or misuse the service in a way that harms the platform or other users.

5. Billing and Access

Paid access may be offered on a recurring subscription basis. If your subscription expires or is canceled, some features such as downloads, updates, or device activation may be limited or unavailable.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, zaovra disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
